Timing Solutions has been using the 'name a thread' feature in libc_r
for a long time. We've also implemented thread accounting in libc_r
(at least primitive cpu time), so we know which thread is running
amuck. This has proven invaluable in identifying where to concentrate
our debugging efforts.
