i'm downloading the ns5530a datasheet now. from the description it seems a
fairly simple audio interface, but we'll see what the datasheet says.
assuming a driver needs to be written and that the datasheet is sufficiently
informative, i'm willing to do it. i'll need someone to contribute hardware
though, as my freebsd hardware budget is significantly in the red at the
moment.
