Try "Mrs Miggins Pie Shops".
They offer gratis, advertisement free 24/7 access at no charge
at all, they even supply a computer, modem and a cost-free installation
of a 2MB ADSL line plus 24/7 hotline support for any O/S on a toll-free
number.

They have access points in all major 1st,2nd and 3rd world countries.

Do a search on Google at your local Internet Cafe.
Tell them I referred you, then I get a $1000 introduction fee.
