Extracting just the sys sources is still useful because you can do "manual" (old fashioned, which is why I know about it...) kernel builds on the current system: cd /usr/src/sys/i386/conf config GENERIC cd ../compile/GENERIC etc... But to do anything beyond that you really need the whole src tree. --=20 Ken Smith - From there to here, from here to | kensmith@cse.buffalo.edu there, funny things are everywhere. | - Theodore Geisel | --=-mkVcTdMqy33vnrIfko28 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQBFr8HH/G14VSmup/YRAiESAJ0XHsegolITRrHn0YJxBFxfTnPGVACgk0yu lBpyatI2v3Rg1+drUQG6ebI= =deNi -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-mkVcTdMqy33vnrIfko28--
