Hello Do you mean Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. Microsoft Outlook comes with Office 97 + Outlook Express comes with Internet Explorer 4 + I know Outlook Express has a Y2K problem. Have you tried the following :- Get the person to reinstall Outlook Express again?
