*Blush*. I've mangled the dates. The correct date specifiers
that I tested with are:
86 8:22am cvs -q up -P -d -D'2003/03/12 12:23:00 PST'
98 8:26am cvs -q up -P -d -D'2003/03/12 12:32:00 PST'
Doesn't change anything except this though. ;)
