My main concern here, my friend, was that we have a buildable version
of the handbook. Which, regardless of what site needs what updating,
is a great step in the ``forward'' direction... Now, follow-up reply's
to this post is a waste of time, I just want to say that its great the
handbook PDF is buildable again, and that at least a solution has been
found.
