Good to know about pecl-imagick, thank you! Luckily we only use
pecl-imagick-im7 on a few machines, I checked ImageMagick's config and we have
OpenMP=off.
I upgraded another machine to 13.2 (this one has pecl-imagick-im7) and all
machines with "elfctl -e +noaslr /usr/local/sbin/httpd" survived the midnight
log rotation with SIGUSR1 a few minutes ago.
