I believe it is Outlook Express; I can ask the customer to check.

I've suggested that they ensure that they have installed
all of the recommended Windows and mail-related patches.
I'll forward the info about Y2K problems.  (And, yes, I've
suggested alternate mail clients; but I suspect that isn't
a viable option.)
