The current official UNIX95 list (by vendor) is:

SGI IRIX 6.5
SNI BS2000/OSD; Reliant UNIX

Having had some dealings with the Open Group, I think they do a good
(though frequently misunderstood) job on the whole.
FreeBSD is far from compliance, as regards many standards:
principally because of a distinct lack of interest, although lack
of great piles of ready cash is also a factor.
