Umm...  Why?  I know I've been out of the loop for awhile but
why are we adding $FreeBSD$ tags to pkg-plist now?

I'm not picking on you Dirk.  I'm just curious how this started
and whether it was required thing nowadays.  If it is then we
need to get Peter (or another CVSmeister) to make 'cvs add' on
freefall complain about it prior to adding this file.
