I'd like to second this, as an admin its really not helpful to have to install the full docs esp for larger libraries or programs. Ultimately you end up with something like our rust port which contains almost 50,000 HTML docs and is really slow to update or install and of zero value for systems running production workloads. i run an elastic cluster of systems which require py-scipy, startup time of new systems is critical as it is responsive to changing workloads. optimizations like this would have value for our systems. if its cumbersome to break this out i am willing to help. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
