This is a differnet issue.

The libskey problem is a simple one really - the Makefile is setting
-Werror, and the library has defined macros that don't get used (through an
include file) - which  generates a warning.  Since -Werror is set, that's a
hard error and you're dead.

The below looks like BINFORMAT is missing from your environment.  You can
stick that in /etc/make.conf and that should go away.
