Judging by your message it's a jumper and not PnP or a card with NV memory of some sort, so I guess you have that right. The link options depend on what media you're having to plug it into. I must use link2 to get my LinkSys NE2000 clone to talk to 10BaseT. A simple serious of experiments with ifconfig will tell ya if that's it. Jason Young A-Net Technical Staff
