The command you want is:
set pool <n>

Where <n> is the size of the ip pool you want.

You will most likely need to reboot the portmaster as well, and any time
you increase the pool size, or decrease the size you will need to reboot. I
have the Portmaster config manual in PDF format, as well as the radius
manual. If you want either one of those, you can get them at
