I searched but can't find any ports that needs libg[dt]kmm.so.

From 

% fgrep libgtkmm /usr/ports/*/*/Makefile
% fgrep libgdkmm /usr/ports/*/*/Makefile

and from http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/ports.cgi
