I assume this all has been discussed somewhere, although I haven't been
able to find anything. Can someone give me a list and/or keyword on this
topic?

If it hasn't been discussed, then I suggest we do that before we make
matters worse. Maybe I'm too cautious, but I have a bad feeling about
the way this might evolve...
