Hey,

I've had a setup where a FreeBSD 4.6.2-RELEASE machine was the server,
and Linux 2.4.* machines were clients.
I used ppp on the server side and a patched pppd / kernel on the client
side. I used mppe encryption so I had to patch the linux kernel and the
ppp daemon under linux for mppe support. There was also a MSCHAPv2
patch of some sort for the linux pppd.

Regards,
