Perhaps you're not rawriting the image to the disk.. get this in the tools directory if you're running DOS. I just looked and it seems it has been superseeded by fdimage.exe. >From the README: Note: RAWRITE.EXE is now outdated and superceded by FDIMAGE.EXE, a more capable tool which works under Windows 95/NT.
