Not properly documented: Newcons was the nickname used for vt(4) during its development. PRs etc. ought to use just "vt" (and the Wiki page ought to be renamed). Because it does show up in mailing list archives and some PRs I have no objection to including it in the glossary, but we should be clear that it's an unofficial nickname.
