Okay, this is what it says after I reboot: syncing disks... done Fatal trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode fault virtual address = 0xefdd1cd8 fault core = supervisor read, page not present instruction pointer = 0x8:0xf012328a code segment = base 0x0, limit 0xfffff, type 0x1b = DPL 0, pres 1, def32 1, gran 1 processor eflags = interrupt enabled, resume, IOPL = 0 current process = 461 (reboot) interrupt mask = panic: page fault Automatic reboot in 15 seconds - press a key on the console to abort Any help would surely be appreciated. Would the tcpd program from tcp_wrappers have anything to do with this? ---------- From: Danny K. Unser Sent: Friday, May 12, 1995 9:39AM To: 'FreeBSD - Bugs' Subject: 2.0-950412-SNAP Major problem after re-boot. All processes seem to startup fine and well until after starting local daemons. The date is displayed after this and then the system hangs. If I do a good hard reboot sometimes it'll come up.
