Hello there,

Please note that I created a project on GitHub, called wifibox. It
uses the Linux wireless drives on FreeBSD with the help of
virtualization and PCI pass-through so it can replace the ones that
are provided in the base system for better stability and performance.
I have read about this solution at different places on the Internet,
but I could not find a software package that implements it in an
easy-to-use way, so I decided to put some automation around it as an
experiment to see how far it can be taken. I have been using it for a
while now, and I would like to share it in the hope that it might be
useful for others as well:

https://github.com/pgj/freebsd-wifibox

Let me know what you think about this. I can submit the respective
port to the FreeBSD ports tree if there is demand for it.

Cheers,
