Tagging complete.  A fresh checkout on the tag survived a build, so I'm 
pretty happy with that.

It's fairly unlikely, but we *might* want to hold off on making huge 
changes to doc/ until after the 5.0-RELEASE builds are done, just in 
case I (or someone else on the RE team) needs to slide a tag for some 
reason.
