What is the easiest way to accomplish this? It seems like I can CVSUP the
source and buildworld, but is there an easier way to get me to 4.0 and
then buildworld?

The only binary way I see is on the ports page to upgrade to 3.x stable,
but not to 4.x

Thanks,

Jeff
