I'm doing repeated repo-copies.  But the problem is that we now have two
different rev 1.7-1.11's out there in the wild.  In order to minimize any
cvsup / cvs update problems I blew away the revisions and will give the
dust some time to settle and then redo the copy.  I would have been able to
immediately re-copy the files, but the commits broke that.
