It uses 83 MHz unbuffered ECC SDRAM DIMM's installed in pairs.  IIRC
double sided DIMM's (ie, RAM chips on both sides of the DIMM).  It is hit
and miss getting PC100 ECC DIMM's to work.

I've seen successfully reports from using a pair of Kingston
KVR100X72C2/256.
