Steps to reproduce

1. Download FreeBSD ISO
2. Check checksum
3. Burn ISO
4. Check checksum
5. Install FreeBSD from checksum checked DVD
6. login into fresh, clean installation
7. run pkg update
8. Say "y" --> you want to install pkg

Exptected Result:
Installing pkg

Actual Result:
# pkg
The package management tool is not yet installed on your system.

Bootstrapping pkg from pkg+http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/freebsd:10:x86:64/latest,
