Most of those are problems with the word "occurrence" or "necessary". 
textproc/igor will find many of these and a lot of other spelling errors 
in text files, mdoc, or DocBook.

   igor -R pkg-descr | less -RS

I've added the new spelling errors from that PR for the next release.
