Hmm.  I didn't need installworld_oldk because everything was local
drives.  installworld_newk seemed to work just fine, though I haven't
tried to rebuild post-64btt transition yet.

Sounds good to me.  I don't see any hints on when 5.3R will be in
the Web files but we'd need a fair chunk of time to get ports built
and tested.  Though why commit the change to _types.h after you
commit the other files?  I kind of doubt anyone would notice them
in the repo until you make the change to UPDATING.
