No, it starts ok, but I think it starts in the wrong order. For me, when my machine boots, it gets stuck at the ipfw add commands right after the add divert happens. I hit Control-C and it continues, and even starts natd. Shouldn't natd be started before the divert is enabled? My only guess is that the DNS queries are blocking once that rule is installed...
