kgdb inspect proc, threads

10.3-RELEASE-p7, our jailed process named `udpd` hangs in STOP state.
According to top it uses 100% CPU:

CPU id 26 is 100% system time.
gdb/lldb/truss cant attach to process.

Process has two threads^
