Hi, I intend to work on the Traditional Chinese translations of the
FreeBSD documentation, and I'm wondering if anyone else is working on it
at the moment. It seems to be inactive since the last commits were
roughly 2 to 3 years ago.

I have a few questions regarding the Traditional Chinese
translations, so I thought it might be better to ask before starting.
