The originator of this PR obviously went to a lot of trouble to provide a detailed bug report. Yes, he forgot to check the ERRATA.TXT file, but that's a common mistake and an easy one to make. The printed installation guide that comes with the CD doesn't even mention ERRATA.TXT. The originator bought the CD, tried a very basic function, and it didn't work. He was trying to help us by reporting it. Don't slap him in the face for that. It makes the whole project look bad, and it can turn a budding FreeBSD advocate into a detractor. I don't mean to single Ruslan out -- he's not a frequent offender and he was probably just sick of answering this question over and over. Just try to remember, no reply at all is much better than a rude reply.
