	The solution to this bug is to add mkstemps.c to the 
	list of ``SRCS'' in  /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/binutils/libiberty/Makefile
	and re start the build.  

	I stumbled on this one twice ((once should've been enough, eh?)).
