Possibly.  Can you see if this URL

    http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?manpath=FreeBSD+3.2-RELEASE

works (I'm not near a usable web browser at the moment).  If it does then
the fix is a trivial addition to www/en/doc.sgml.
