I am running i4b on an SMP system an had no SMP related problems
with it so far (other than having to supply I4B_SMP_WORKAROUND).
But I only used it with one card so far.

Ok, it wouldn't call it regular ;)
 
Btw: it seems that the problems I seemed to have with SMP were
related to a shared irq that shouldn't have been shared.
