I just realized that my onboard pcm0@pci0:2:7: class=0x040100 card=0xa00c1019 chip=0x70121039 rev=0xa0 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS)' device = 'SiS7012 PCI Audio Accelerator' class = multimedia That uses snd_ich no longer works with my new world and kernel from yesterday morning but the by going back to a kernel from Sept 3, it works fine. Is this a known issue? Is there something that I can do to help isolate the issue? Thanks, ed P.S.
