-current from beginning of May, but the bug probably is an old one.  I
have seen it before.

I was reinstalling machine A and B from nfs server C.  I decided to
reboot C for some reason.  When C rebooted both reinstalls for A and B
terminated with the following (different files, but the same error):

===> usr.bin/which
install -c -o bin -g bin -m 555  /m/katiska/usr/current/src/usr.bin/which/which.pl /usr/bin/which
install -c -o bin -g bin -m 444 which.1.gz  /usr/share/man/man1
install: which.1.gz: Permission denied
