If it was sold as an electronics product in the United States it _will_ have an FCC ID printed somewhere on it. If you can locate that number and run it through the FCC's ID database @ fcc.gov you can determine the manufacturer. From there a good net search for that manufacturer's name should at least turn up a .ch or .tw address with more info on the board. Good luck. Brandon D.
