Disable the CD-ROM booting from the BIOS! Recent Award BIOS' allow you to choose the order of booting. I enable it only when I really want to boot from the CD-ROM (which is rare because my boot floppy is usually more recent than the CD). It's the same as leaving a floppy in the boot drive. You just have to learn to not do it or disable it! Tim
