Dear Sir:
We got the same problem (the same message) ... We also think this may cause by Hard Disk failure.
So we replace all brand new hard disks to our system. But after running one day, we still get the same error message like that.
Dose anyone have idea ??
Our system is FreeBSD 3.3 stable 19991207, IBM-DTTA-351350
Thanks

My first guess is that you might have a bad sector on your IDE drive. If
its on your swap partition, this would be a bad thing.
