Rewrite Synaptics touchpads support with the following goals in mind:
o better quality of the movement smoothing
o more features such as tap-hold and virtual scrolling
Support must still be enabled with this line in your /boot/loader.conf:
hw.psm.synaptics_support="1"
The following sysctls were removed:
hw.psm.synaptics.low_speed_threshold
hw.psm.synaptics.min_movement
hw.psm.synaptics.squelch_level
