Back to my suggestion. That's not really something I have any desire to do (yank the SCSI cards, etc.), otherwise I would have done it already instead of mailing the list. Since I'm not going to make any hardware modifications, I found another option. There seems to be a build of 2.2.6 Stable with integrated CAM at ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/development/cam/2.2CAM-19980716-SNAP Could I install this version and use CVSup to effectively upgrade components to Release 2.2.7 level?
