Uhm -- FreeBSD 4.2-STABLE has IPFilter 3.4.8, not 3.4.16?  Is this a custom
hack that you have done yourself?

Yes, I too would like to see a less buggy version of IPFilter in stable
(i.e. 3.4.16).
