It's failing between 05/21 and 06/09:

$ kyua debug -k /usr/tests/lib/libc/string/Kyuafile memcpy_test:memcpy_basic
memcpy_test:memcpy_basic  ->  failed: Test case was expecting a failure but
none were raised
$ uname -a
FreeBSD fbsd11 11.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 11.0-CURRENT #1 r300379:300380: Sat May=
 21

Tying it down a bit more, it seems to have started failing in the last week=
 or
two, so a change was likely introduced late May that's causing this.
