Your contribution would need to be indexed and integrated into our
storage chapter. This means the absolute latest we could take it
would be Tuesday. If that doesn't happen, then we will try to find
the best of Greg's available documentation and find something to put
in the Handbook (with his permission) that he retains the copyright
for.
