They tell you that you can find different formats of the documentation on the FreeBSD server (ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/doc/). And by the way. This mailing list is used for creating, editing and translating of FreeBSD related documents, so it would be better to use an other mailing list (i.e. freebsd-questions).
