add new functionality:
- it's possible to use psutils to print 2 pages on one physical
page and other things.
- New Environment Variable PSUTILS can be set via apsfilterrc files.
i.e.: PSUTILS="psnup -2 |"
Port now additionally has a run dependency to psutils-letter....
