The port audio/lame offers only this:

_3:
     DOCS=3Don: Build and/or install documentation
=3D=3D=3D> Use 'make config' to modify these settings

And ffmpeg works happily with my handmade lame built not from ports but from
source.

So what to do now? Closing this PR and open a new one for audio/lame?
