Are you absolutely sure of what you're doing with the
vfs.zfs.cache_flush_disable tunable ? Since you have SATA disks, I
assume you don't have a controller with memory-backed write cache or
NVRAM.

> vfs.zfs.txg.timeout="5"         # default: 30
> vfs.zfs.zio.use_uma="0"         # default: 0 (earlier was 1)
